Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the engineering department, including project managers, engineers, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) is a requirement.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in heavy industrial capital project erection using process machinery and pressure vessels.
  • Proven ability to adjust to client's expectations in varied industries such as oil refining, natural gas industry, specialty chemical and food industries.
  • Strong knowledge of B31.1/ B31.3 piping design as well as typical in line devices.
  • Proven work history in facility design.
  • Proven experience in managing complex multi-disciplined engineering projects through conception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
