The Engineering Internship Program is designed to provide students with real-world training and professional development in various engineering disciplines. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, enhancing their technical skills while working closely with experienced business leaders and mentors. The program offers exposure to different engineering specialties, including Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Quality, and Software Engineering, with potential assignments tailored to the intern's preferences and the organization's needs.

  • Assist in the integration of company products into customer applications as an Applications Engineer.
  • Apply principles of mechanics, physics, and materials science to create or improve products as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Engage in circuit design, power design, testing, and validation as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Transform ideas into functional products by creating detailed plans and prototypes as a Design Engineer.
  • Actively pursuing a 4-year Engineering degree or related field.
  • Completed two years of full-time study or equivalent.
  • Previous internship or work experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for direct communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Good interpersonal skills for a multi-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues.
