Responsibilities

- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the team can deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with other executives and departments, such as product management, customer success, and operations, to ensure the engineering team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of systems and processes to support the delivery of high-quality SaaS products with ML, ensuring that the engineering team is using best practices and following industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and engineering, ensuring that the engineering team is continuously learning and improving.
- Represent the company in discussions with customers, partners, and other stakeholders, and communicate the company's engineering vision and strategy.
