About The Position

The Engineering Management Acceleration Program (EMAP) at Siemens Energy is a three-year rotational development program designed for recent engineering graduates. Participants will engage in three one-year rotations across various job functions within the Compression Division, gaining hands-on experience and professional development while contributing to the energy transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace engineering, or related field by June 2025.
• Willingness and ability to travel and relocate throughout the program duration.
• Strong academic achievement and a growth mindset.
• Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete three one-year rotations requiring geographic relocation and exposure to new job functions.
• Utilize fundamental engineering concepts and practices to complete assigned projects.
• Engage in roles such as Application Engineering, Project Engineering, Product Design, Field Service, Digitalization, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Controls Engineering, and Process Engineering.
• Establish a professional network and acquire product knowledge while learning about the complexities of the energy industry.
