About The Position
Backbone is looking for a talented and experienced Software Engineering Manager, Backend to join our team! As Software Engineering Manager, Backend, you will be responsible for the people, processes, and products across the Backbone app and Playbackbone.com. You will work with other backend team members, Data Science, Product, Design, Marketing, and many others to turn ideas into reality. You will be critical to driving delivery on initiatives that will provide the best experience to users who want to get the best mobile game controller. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap for our software initiatives and lead our engineering team in adopting modern technologies and executing the technical vision, driving Backbone's commitment to engineering excellence.
