About The Position
We're looking for a technical, hands-on, and mission-focused Engineering Manager to lead our Shop team within our Consumer Revenue org. The Shop team is responsible for building the platform and products for our users to enhance their identity on Discord with premium and unique content. You will be responsible for a major business line and company revenue goals. You will work closely with Product to define the long-term strategy. You will lead a full stack team of engineers working across platforms.
