About The Position
As a Data Platform Manager, you will be at the helm of our data infrastructure, driving innovation and scalability to empower data-driven decision-making across our organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional Engineering and Product teams to architect, enhance, and manage a robust Data Platform that aligns with our core mission: helping everyday people unlock their financial progress. Your leadership will directly enhance Chime’s ability to process and analyze large-scale data, ensuring seamless integration across multiple teams while setting the foundation for data accessibility, governance, and operational efficiency. This role is not just about managing a platform—it's about building a vision, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and leading a team that ensures our data infrastructure meets both present and future needs.
