About The Position
As an Engineering Manager at Braze, you will lead the Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) team, responsible for maintaining and improving the database systems that support Braze's platform. This role combines traditional database administration with software engineering principles to enhance performance, availability, and reliability of database infrastructure, primarily using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. You will collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions, manage projects, and foster a thriving team environment.
