About The Position
The Engineering Manager (EM) for the Frontier Data team at Scale AI will lead the development of datasets that enhance cutting-edge LLM capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to define, build, and support advanced model capabilities. The EM will oversee significant areas of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to production, while also mentoring less experienced engineers and influencing the culture of a growing engineering team.
