Responsibilities
- Manage engineering metrics such as team velocity, delivery commitments, code quality, and successful deployments
- Support product, design, and business functions in developing and delivering roadmaps and organizational goals
- Hire and build a team of passionate and mission-driven engineers
- Continue to foster a culture of autonomy, ownership, accountability, and innovation
- Solve complex problems by breaking them up into simpler discrete problems and implement them across multiple services
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills
- Deep understanding of modern web application development
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, reliable code
- Successful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
