About The Position
The Engineering Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, assisting the Engineering Director in developing talent and establishing engineering processes to support client projects. This role involves direct management of 10-15 engineers focused on electromechanical medical device product development, overseeing the product realization process from conceptualization to sustainable manufacturing.
