About the position
The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, verification, validation, and documentation of new products, enhancements, and features. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to oversee complex engineering projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new products and features.
- Oversee the verification and validation processes for engineering projects.
- Ensure proper documentation is created and maintained for all engineering projects.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet product development goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Five or more years of experience in mechanical/systems design engineering.
- Five or more years of experience in a technical engineering project management role.
- Experience in product development for complex engineering products.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in engineering.
- PMP certification or training.
