About the position

This role involves leading design reviews, generating tooling Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tooling for new product development.
• Lead tooling design reviews and generate tooling FMEAs.
• Manage a team of 6 engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in tooling design.
• Experience in tooling and injection molding.
