Cox Communications is seeking an Engineering Operations Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes across Engineering, Product, and Operational teams. This position is crucial for analyzing current operations and identifying areas for improvement, ultimately driving solutions that optimize performance. The analyst will engage with various technical and engineering teams to define and document requirements, develop concepts, and validate solutions against the original business needs. The role encompasses ensuring that all systems function seamlessly from end to end, supporting Network Enablement, Operational Enablement, and Product Enablement phases. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from concept through trial and certification, across these phases. Key deliverables include the Business Requirements Document (BRD), project charters, scope definitions, project schedules, and various management tools such as RAID logs and change management plans. Utilizing industry-standard project management knowledge and techniques, the analyst will work to achieve the stated objectives of each project. In this role, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into detailed requirements, while also managing the business requirements lifecycle across the delivery portfolio. This includes ensuring the centralization, standardization, and version control of documentation artifacts. The analyst will serve as a liaison between business owners and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business objectives. Additionally, the role involves leading technical delivery activities related to Network, Operational, and Product Enablement, including project scope, implementation plans, and budget management. Regular communication with stakeholders through status reports and briefing decks will be essential to keep all parties informed of project progress and risks.
