About The Position
The Sr. Data Center Technician role at Genesis10 involves supporting the development and maintenance of system hardware and software in a 24/7 production data center environment. The position requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of mission-critical servers, participating in system integration and testing, and leading documentation efforts.
