About the position

The Engineering Program Coordinator at Stage 4 Solutions is responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary engineering programs, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency across various projects in electrical, systems, and mechanical disciplines. This role requires applying foundational engineering principles while collaborating with teams to enhance program effectiveness. The position is a 40-hour-per-week, 10-month contract with the possibility of extensions, and is based onsite in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple engineering projects across various disciplines, ensuring effective communication among teams.
• Ensure all program phases are executed on schedule, from planning through execution to completion, while maintaining day-to-day operational functions.
• Collaborate with engineering management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance overall program effectiveness.
• Act as a team member by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support project goals and facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent substantial work experience (4-6 years).
• Proven experience in project or team management.
• Familiarity with engineering principles, theories, and concepts across multiple disciplines (e.g., electrical, systems, mechanical).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
• Experience working as part of a team, providing information and recommendations to support collective objectives.
