About The Position
This position involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex high-tech products. The candidate will manage multiple programs simultaneously and establish teams across various departments to drive deliverables throughout all phases of the New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Life Cycle (PLC). The role requires identifying interdependencies and risks, planning and managing them effectively, and communicating program status to senior leadership. The candidate must possess excellent technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and be proactive in driving deliverables to closure in a fast-paced environment.
