About the position

The Technical Program Manager for the Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team will be responsible for shipping new features for the App Store analytics platform. This role involves partnering with engineers to build innovative end-to-end solutions, driving initiatives from ideation through launch, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects under demanding timelines. The position requires strong project management skills and a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives from ideation through launch and build out the vision into sustainable long-term programs and products.
  • Ship new features for the App Store analytics platform.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and participate in functional and technical design discussions.
  • Oversee testing, proof-of-concept, and privacy reviews.
  • Partner with cross-geo engineers, product, marketing, design, data scientists, legal, security, and privacy teams to launch and operate features.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous technical projects and align with various engineering teams and partners.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable programs with defined metrics and milestones.
  • Plan and maintain the cross-functional schedule for the program, establishing milestones and work breakdowns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven technical program management experience in software development.
  • Experience with Analytics or big data engineering.
  • Experience with data segmentation and user engagement.
  • Experience with compliance, privacy, and regulatory initiatives (e.g., DMA, GDPR).
  • Experience with complex data sets at scale.
  • Strong facilitation skills to drive complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and execution using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
