About the position

The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for the User Privacy Team at Apple plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality user experiences with a strong emphasis on privacy. This position involves developing processes, managing project definitions, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while fostering collaboration across various functional areas within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Communicate project definitions, engineering achievements, schedules, and status updates.
  • Create clarity by setting goals and expectations for the team.
  • Remove roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Influence and build relationships with team members across engineering, legal, marketing, design, and leadership.
  • Track and account for the privacy team's work to ensure timely delivery.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel activities.
