About the position

The Engineering Program Manager with a focus on Privacy Data Analysis at Intone Networks is a pivotal role that requires a blend of project management skills and a deep understanding of privacy compliance. This position is designed for a mid-level professional who will be responsible for enforcing privacy requirements and ensuring adherence to compliance standards across various projects. The role involves conducting thorough information gathering interviews and discovery processes to capture essential data, which is critical for maintaining compliance with privacy regulations. In this position, the Engineering Program Manager will perform detailed analyses on ASE data, engaging in continuous compliance activities that include metadata analysis, schema tagging, data retention checks, and access control assessments. The individual will also participate in compliance audits, both internal and external, to ensure that the organization meets all necessary privacy standards. Documentation is a key aspect of this role, as the manager will assist in creating and maintaining essential documents such as Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA), and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA). Additionally, the Engineering Program Manager will play a crucial role in the End of Life (EOL) process, ensuring that data is managed and updated annually in accordance with compliance requirements. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, possesses strong project management skills, and has a solid background in privacy compliance and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce requirements via monitoring to drive adherence and remediation when non-compliance is detected
  • Conduct information gathering interviews and information discovery in support of capturing information
  • Perform analysis on ASE data and perform continuous compliance activities including metadata analysis, schema tagging, data retention checks and access control
  • Participate in compliance audits (internal and external)
  • Help with documentation (PIA, LIA, ROPA)
  • Assist with the End of Life (EOL) process to update every year

Requirements

  • Privacy Analyst with 4-5 years' experience in Program Engineering (EPM)
  • Highly organized cross-functional Program Manager
  • Privacy compliance and project management knowledge is required
  • Experience with End of Life (EOL) process
  • Experience with Data Privacy
  • Strong experience with Data Life Cycle
