About the position

The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative machine learning solutions that enhance products and services. This role involves managing large, multi-functional programs and features, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams, and communicating strategies and statuses to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
• Manage day-to-day program execution and risk assessments to meet overall program goals
• Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
• Set strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve suite of features

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning and large language models (LLMs)
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans
• Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
• Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress/status meetings
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
