About the position

The Engineering Program Manager at Hewlett Packard is responsible for defining the strategic direction of the Supply Chain Services Division (SCSD) and leading projects aimed at expanding factory capabilities and services into new markets. This role focuses on automation and integration of siloed systems to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong process improvement skills and experience in managing technical programs across multiple functions and global project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand factory capabilities.
  • Act as the focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI) and improve existing Supply Chain Services Processes.
  • Enhance customer experience through intuitive tools and reduce manual work via process automation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and project scope.
  • Execute strategies to deliver new Supply Chain processes and capabilities.
  • Manage people change for successful adoption of new processes.
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders regarding project status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain required.
  • Typically 4+ years of experience in various supply chain functions.
  • 3+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management experience.
  • PMP and LSS Green Belt certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs is highly desired.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to create data-driven strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
  • Advanced team and project management skills.
