About the position
The Engineering Project Lead at Pinnacle Asset Integrity Services is responsible for leading a team of technical Reliability Data Analysts to ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at enhancing industrial reliability. This role involves direct engagement with customers, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The Lead will foster team development, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical Reliability Data Analysts to execute project scope.
- Assign tasks to team members weekly to meet productivity targets.
- Update project management fundamentals such as trackers and schedules weekly.
- Monitor team utilization and effectiveness to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Communicate deviations from the project plan early to the Technical Specialist.
- Work with the Technical Specialist to create risk mitigation plans for schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with deliverables and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with team members for coaching and mentoring.
- Track quality scores and rework to improve team performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a large process facility (refinery, petrochemical, chemical plant, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work at a customer site in the field.
- Experience in project management fundamentals.
