About the position
The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) at R Systems is responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent engineering projects, particularly focusing on a high-volume iOS native eCommerce application. This role involves initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while managing scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation. The EPM will analyze business requirements, negotiate project scope, and communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple concurrent engineering projects.
- Drive all aspects of large, cross-functional projects for a high-volume iOS native eCommerce app.
- Oversee project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Analyze business requirements and negotiate project scope.
- Define functional requirements and manage communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, resources, and budget.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience is required.
- 2-5 years of eCommerce experience is required.
- 2-5 years of Agile experience is required.
- 2-5 years of Agile Project Management experience is required.
- 2-5 years of Agile Scrum experience is required.
- 2-5 years of iOS experience is required.
