About the position

LUSEO Engineering is looking for a full-time Project Manager to oversee MEP projects in their Miami office. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects while maintaining quality standards, budgets, and timelines. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP engineering projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring alignment with quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.
• Lead and coordinate project tasks with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project requirements are met and fostering strong client relationships.
• Review and guide MEP system designs to ensure solutions meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical documents, reports, and drawings, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Implement QA/QC processes on MEP submittals to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, support construction administration, and resolve any technical issues on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the engineering, architecture or construction industry.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license considered a plus.
