About the position

The Engineering Project Manager for Roofing, Paving & Building Envelope at StructureTec is responsible for overseeing evaluation projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will lead field evaluations, data analysis, report creation, and client presentations, demonstrating leadership and compliance with company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Clearly define and agree to project scope with the Customer Relations Manager.
• Run internal and external kickoff meetings with stakeholders and clients.
• Plan travel schedules to project sites and conduct field evaluations.
• Support research on industry prices for repair costs.
• Process data for budget recommendations and finalize reports for presentation.
• Schedule and present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Demonstrate leadership in executing fieldwork and internal work products.
• Ensure compliance with StructureTec processes and policies.

Requirements

• College degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Two to six years of prior industry project management experience for non-degreed candidates, with a minimum of five years industry experience.
• Professional Certification preferred (CAPM, PMP, PE).
• Above average competency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in Building Condition Assessment.
• Excellent oral presentation skills.
