This is a full-time on-site role in Budd Lake, NJ for an Engineering Project Manager. The role involves assisting in managing multiple engineering projects, ensuring tasks are prioritized and team members are effectively assigned to meet project deadlines. The Engineering Project Manager will evaluate and approve changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline; ensure changes are implemented effectively. Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments while prioritizing key deliverables are essential. The position requires leading engineering projects, monitoring progress against project plans, identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays, and the ability to work independently on project tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing multiple engineering projects, ensuring tasks are prioritized and team members are effectively assigned to meet project deadlines.
  • Evaluate and approve changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline; ensure changes are implemented effectively.
  • Lead engineering projects, monitoring progress against project plans, identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays.
  • Work independently on project tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to travel at least 25%
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across time zones / countries

Nice-to-haves

  • Power BI experience a plus
