About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to oversee and coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client specifications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Utilize construction management software, particularly ProCore, to track project progress and documentation.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor project performance through regular status updates and adjust plans as necessary.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Cloud Platform and Cloud Data infrastructure.
- Strong background in Data science and analytics.
- 5 years of experience with Kubernetes and Hadoop cluster management.
- Experience with S3, AWS, Elastic Kubernetes, Spark jobs, Java, and Kafka.
- Experience in DevOps, with partial operations and partial development responsibilities.
- Building infrastructure for data EPM.

- Experience with construction management software, particularly ProCore.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
