About The Position

TRE & Associates, LLC is seeking an Engineering & Land Development Design Project Manager to oversee the design and permitting of water and wastewater plants, as well as drainage infrastructure and land development projects in El Paso, Texas. This role involves managing engineering staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical support for various civil engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineering License required (Texas registration preferred)
• 3 - 5+ years of experience with water/wastewater infrastructure or land development design
• Familiarity with construction contract documentation and administration
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to drive a full-size pick-up truck
• Ability to walk and stand at construction site for extended periods of time (4 hrs+)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience with site development/land development preferred

Responsibilities

• Management and scheduling of engineering staff for design production related to water/wastewater/drainage projects and land development design.
• Providing firm-wide technical support for design-related issues to ensure sizing, regulatory compliance, and constructability.
• Assisting with the preparation of project specifications for construction documents.
• Overseeing design and permitting for water and wastewater systems, water distribution, wastewater collection, drainage systems, site grading, and roadway design.
