About the position

The manager will oversee project costs, including capital expenditures and cross-functional expenses, while resolving complex issues and developing new design experiments without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, and direct cross-functional engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
• 2-5 years of matrix management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines.
• Good communication skills and experience with matrix management.
• Independent judgment in evaluating and adapting engineering techniques.
