About The Position

The Engineering Project Manager will oversee project teams within a growing company in the Greater Seattle area, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves directing and coordinating resources across various divisions to meet project targets and maintain compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
• Ability to lead team members to on-time completion of projects.
• Proven experience using project management strategies.
• Experience utilizing project management software.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to on-time completion.
• Partner with stakeholders such as executive team members, project personnel, and vendors regarding project requirements.
• Outline, define, and initiate the project.
• Maintain document control policies and documentation templates.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes where necessary.
• Monitor expenditures in accordance with the budget.
• Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Compile project reports and inform management regarding problems.
• Ensure project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
