About the position

The Engineering Project Manager at Kasmo is responsible for leading and coordinating non-IT projects in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management. This role involves directing technical activities, analyzing resource needs, and ensuring project feasibility and success, while collaborating with various teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and oversee the integration of technical activities to meet project goals.
• Present and explain project proposals, findings, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss specifications and procedures.
• Review, recommend, and approve project contracts, cost estimates, and product designs.
• Negotiate and consult with clients to define project specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Associate degree holders with extensive experience will also be considered).
• 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with expert ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, manufacturing, and recon is advantageous.
• Six Sigma and Supply Chain Apex certifications are a plus.
