About The Position
As an Engineering Risk Management Lead, you will hold a senior management position within JM, serving as an expert and visionary in the field of engineering risk management. You will provide strategic direction, thought leadership, and technical guidance to ensure our people, operations and communities are kept safe. Your expertise will directly contribute to the mitigation of our principal risks. You will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and elevate our organization's position as a expert in Environment, Health and Safety. In this role you will be working closely with the engineering teams centrally and in each of the business units to improve our controls around risks associated with our operations to prevent impacts on safety, infrastructure, and business continuity.
