This program is designed to accelerate the development of recent graduates to leaders, capable of bringing value to our dynamic manufacturing operations network while having the opportunity to make impact by solving complex challenges facing our Manufacturing Operations Function. In GAF's program, the candidate will network with key leaders across the organization and will have the opportunity to work on major projects and product lines at GAF's plants. GAF's Engineering Rotation Program is a 2 year program designed to develop high-potential talent into future operations leaders. Joining our rotational program means that you have the drive, ambition and willingness to bring your curiosity and outstanding collaboration to our organization.
