About The Position

The Engineering Rotational Development Program at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is designed for recent graduates in engineering and related fields. Starting in January 2025, participants will engage in three 6-month rotations across various engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience and professional development. This full-time program aims to cultivate talent through challenging assignments, formal mentoring, and training, ultimately transitioning participants into regular positions within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
  • Co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
