About the position

The Engineering Services Intern Level C at L3Harris is designed for students pursuing a degree in a technical discipline. This role focuses on providing program-level support to FAA programs, involving data collection, process evaluation, and collaboration across various Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain critical spares for the labs and provide analysis on minimum quantity levels
• Provide supply support involving cataloging, receiving, distributing, and replenishment
• Provide optimization techniques that will improve the layout, inventory, and controls of FAA assets
• Review and update ILS procedures, operating instructions, and check lists to ensure accuracy
• Provide data entry to ensure new material's registered and warranty information is captured
• Develop and analyze metrics related to shipment and repairs

Requirements

• Pursuing B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other technical discipline
• Must be able to work in a team and independently
• Organized, with ability to prioritize assignments
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
