About The Position
The City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking candidates for the position of Engineering Specialist/Technician I within the Department of Public Works Engineering Division. This full-time position reports to the City Engineer and involves performing skilled and technical work in the field and the office related to various municipal (civil) engineering projects. Responsibilities include mapping and design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software, as well as research and design of projects and maintenance of records, plans, and data. The role requires the application of previously learned engineering, surveying, and heavy construction methods.
