Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide 2-3 Agile teams working across various technology stacks.
• Provide direct report responsibilities, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Champion and drive innovation within and outside the teams.
• Partner closely with Technology colleagues, senior leaders, and key business stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies.
• Cultivate a collaborative, passionate, and forward-thinking team culture.

Requirements

• A combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' engineering and/or architecture experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience.
• Solid background in Technology.
