The Engineering Tech I position at Acuren Inspection, Inc. is a part-time role that supports engineering staff and physical scientists in various phases of design, development, production, testing, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and industrial machinery. The role emphasizes strong technical knowledge and customer service skills while working with various stakeholders in the industrial and energy sectors.
Responsibilities
- Collect information from clients, prepare project scopes and plans, and deliver cost estimates.
- Develop draft reports and collaborate with Technical Experts to finalize reports for client delivery.
- Deliver exceptional professional customer service with various industrial companies, energy companies, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Carry out system equipment maintenance and repair as needed.
- Perform other work duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in applicable field (Design, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering).
- Analytical/investigation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, customer-focused, and a positive, success-oriented attitude.
- 0 - 6 years of experience in specialized field (Design, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering).
- Professional certification and/or Associate's degree.
