About The Position
The Engineering Technician 3 position involves performing a variety of technical engineering tasks in support of professional engineers within the Department of Transportation. The role includes responsibilities such as drafting, engineering calculations, surveying, materials testing, construction inspection, and roadway design. The technician will assist in the coordination of the District Bridge Maintenance Program and will be involved in bridge maintenance, structural inspections, and project management activities.
