ARTSS supports Atlantic Test Ranges (ATR) and Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) in research and development, engineering, maintenance, operation, support of facilities, systems, and equipment in order to meet the engineering development and operational testing and fleet training missions for some of the worlds premier systems. Our work with the U.S. Navy keeps the warfighter safe by testing systems before they are used in combat, and we are hiring personnel to support this important mission.
Responsibilities
- Launch/recovery and decontamination of the BQM-177A
- Maintenance on aerial target mechanical/electrical systems
- Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on electronic equipment and ordnance
- Remove, install, maintain, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot, and test equipment
- Maintain associated support equipment and apply maintenance specifications using Technical Publications
- Work with minimal supervision and participate in functions beyond normal operations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience performing stated functions
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the year, from one to six weeks at a time
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Passport and DOD Secret Security Clearance
- Possess valid state driver's license; Commercial Driver License is a plus
- All candidates will be required to pass random drug testing
- Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical maintenance experience of any kind preferred
