ICI Services is seeking a motivated Engineering Technician V to support Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning & Procurement (SUBMEPP) for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Dover, NH. As a mid-sized defense contractor, ICI Services provides Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients across 14 states and the District of Columbia. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, contributing to the maintenance and operational readiness of submarine systems. In this role, the Engineering Technician V will be responsible for reviewing Technical Feedback Reports (TFBRs) and providing synopses for database entry and customer feedback. The technician will analyze TFBRs and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) documentation to identify discrepancies and facilitate corrections. Quality analysis of engineering documentation is essential, along with providing technical feedback to customers. The technician will interface with customers for technical research and data support, and will be tasked with developing and revising PMS documentation based on fleet feedback or other requirements. Additionally, the technician will conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis to establish new system maintenance requirements. This includes developing or revising documents by researching, extracting, and analyzing information from various sources such as operating manuals, technical manuals, and equipment specifications. The technician will also apply maintenance engineering practices to create or recommend written planned maintenance procedures for shipboard components and systems. This position requires an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
