About The Position
The Global RAD Operations (GRO) network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon internal customers every day. GRO is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Engineering Technician. This leader will work closely with our Operations and Engineering team to improve the quality of processes. They will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and investigating any process failures. GRO's workflow has three major components: First Mile - receiving and stowing product in RAD; Middle Mile - picking, prepping, and packing the product for shipment; and Last Mile - delivering product to the internal customer's door. Please note that all workflows have slight building variations, but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer.
