About The Position
The Engineering Technician at Hörmann North America is responsible for clarifying incoming orders that may not flow through the ERP system without manual intervention. This role involves manipulating orders where bills of material did not explode correctly, ensuring that products can be produced and delivered as ordered. The technician will also perform system testing, communicate updates to production staff, and assist in investigations related to production issues.
