About the position
This position is for two Ob/Gyn physicians to join a well-established single-specialty private practice group in Englewood, New Jersey. The practice has been operational for twenty-six years and currently consists of six Ob/Gyn physicians, three Nurse Practitioners, and two Physician Assistants. The role offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology cases, with a call schedule of 1:7 or 1:8. The new physicians will work at a single hospital with a Level 3 NICU, and will have access to advanced surgical equipment including Da Vinci Robotic technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
- Perform deliveries and gynecological surgeries, including laparoscopic procedures.
- Participate in a call schedule of 1:7 or 1:8.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Admit patients to a single hospital with a Level 3 NICU.
- Utilize Da Vinci Robotic equipment for surgeries.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
- Experience in both obstetrics and gynecology procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Ob/Gyn.
- Experience with robotic surgery.
