About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students learning English as a second language.

• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
• Support students' cultural integration by providing guidance on language use in everyday situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; ESL certification is preferred.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly in tutoring or childcare roles.
• Strong skills in classroom management and lesson planning to create effective learning experiences.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using learning technology to facilitate instruction and engage students effectively.
• Ability to write clear instructional materials and communicate effectively with students and parents alike.
• A collaborative spirit with a willingness to contribute to curriculum development initiatives within the institution.
