The Enrichment Activity Leader (Activities Assistant) at Belmont Village Senior Living is responsible for leading small groups of memory care residents in engaging life enrichment programs. Responsibilities

• Leading small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Preparing materials and conducting relevant research to lead engaging memory enrichment activities.
• Assisting with cognitive assessments and tracking resident participation.
• Maintaining compliance-related documentation.

Requirements

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field of study.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work the defined schedule, which may include weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Prior hands-on experience leading senior adults in activities within an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
