About the position

The Enrollment Communications Specialist will be a key member of our marketing team, focusing on enhancing our communication strategies to prospective undergraduate and graduate students. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in higher education marketing and proficiency in Slate (CRM). The successful candidate will leverage the capabilities of Slate to develop, implement, and optimize communication strategies throughout the admission funnel, ensuring that our messaging is effective and engaging. In this position, you will manage and optimize the Slate CRM system to support various enrollment marketing initiatives. This includes developing and executing targeted marketing communications, creating and maintaining automated communication flows, and implementing personalized content strategies using Slate's dynamic content capabilities. You will also analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ensure that our strategies are aligned with best practices in enrollment marketing. Staying current with Slate updates and trends in higher education marketing will be essential, as will managing enrollment marketing projects using the technology provided. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in higher education enrollment marketing
  • Proficiency with Slate (CRM), including campaign management and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
