As an Enrollment Consultant at Cengage Group, you will play a vital role in driving sales revenue for our Ed2go continuing education and career training programs. Your primary objective will be to match prospective students with suitable programs while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. This position requires a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, customer service, and education, contributing to the overall mission of helping learners improve their lives through education.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize qualified leads generated through various channels, including website, referrals, live chat, and telephone.
  • Match prospective students with the most suitable program based on their needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint during the enrollment process.
  • Complete all required reports regarding sales, sales campaigns, market feedback, and team territory management activities.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively to meet or exceed enrollment objectives.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency; ability to navigate sites and applications as needed.
  • Proven success in a prior customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; ability to work well with both external and internal customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Some college coursework or degree.
  • Prior Student Enrollment/Inside Sales experience.
