About the position
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position at Waynesburg University, a Christian higher education institution. The role involves supporting the Admissions Office in maintaining and operating the CRM system, as well as recruiting students. The successful candidate will ensure data and communication integrity and contribute to the University's enrollment goals. The position requires participation in the implementation and recruitment of prospective students using marketing strategies and public relations skills, along with counseling prospective students and parents regarding the admission process. The candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith and a commitment to the University's Mission.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for the Admissions Office in maintaining and operating the CRM system.
- Ensures data and communication integrity and the successful completion of the University's enrollment goals.
- Plans and participates in the implementation and recruitment of prospective students using marketing strategies and public relations skills.
- Counsels prospective students and parents regarding the admission process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with a CRM system (Slate preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes.
- Experience working in a higher education environment.
- Broad understanding of the admissions life cycle and how it relates to system functionality.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate well in written and verbal form.
- Strong Christian faith and commitment to the University's Mission.
